Bronco 2021 and newer

Ford Bronco Suspension, Wheels, and Lighting

The Bronco has independent front suspension, so it does not lift like a Wrangler. Height comes from coilovers, struts, and spacers, and the geometry limits how far you can go before the front end pays for it.

Covers Bronco 2021 and newer, Base through Badlands and Sasquatch.

Setups people go with

Setups we build on this platform. Tell us which one you are after and we will price it with the labor.

Leveling on 33s or 34s
Removes the factory rake with the least effect on ride and alignment.
Suspension upgrade with performance shocks on 35s
What the black Bronco in our gallery runs, with off-road wheels and a full LED package.
Lift with sway bar links and spacers on 37s
The SEMA 2025 Bronco setup: lift, performance shocks, heavy-duty sway bar links, and a full off-road package.

What affects fitment

Year, make, and model on their own do not settle whether a part fits. These are the things that change the answer.

  • Bolt pattern is 6x139.7mm, which is not interchangeable with a Wrangler wheel.
  • Sasquatch or not. A Sasquatch already runs 35s and different gearing.
  • Independent front suspension limits usable lift height and affects alignment.
  • Front bumper choice against the radar, cameras, and parking sensors.
  • Wheel offset and any spacer, both of which change bearing and hub loading.
  • Trail Turn Assist and the drive modes, which expect the factory tire size.

A manufacturer's fitment list gets us close. We check it against your actual vehicle, including the trim and anything already changed on it.

What goes with it

Specified alongside the main parts rather than discovered afterward.

  • An alignment after any ride height change, which IFS is less forgiving about
  • Sway bar links matched to the new height
  • Sensor or camera relocation, depending on the bumper
  • A tune or gearing conversation once tire size gets tall enough to matter

Ford Bronco questions we get

How much can you lift a Bronco?
Less than a solid front axle truck before geometry becomes the limit. We will tell you what your trim takes and what it costs in alignment and wear.
Do bigger tires break the drive modes?
They can change how the drive modes and Trail Turn Assist behave, because the vehicle expects a known tire size. We will flag it before we quote.
Will an aftermarket bumper affect the sensors?
It can. Send the bumper part number and your trim so we can review radar, camera, and parking assist compatibility.
