A Gladiator is not a longer Wrangler once you start loading it. The wheelbase, the bed, and the payload change which suspension and which armor make sense, especially on an overland setup carrying weight high and behind the axle.

- 2in to 2.5in lift on 35s
- Keeps the truck usable as a daily and a tow vehicle. The common starting point.

- Armor and recovery package
- Front bumper, rear bumper with a tire carrier, and rock sliders. Adds weight the suspension has to be specified for.
What affects fitment
Year, make, and model on their own do not settle whether a part fits. These are the things that change the answer.
- Bolt pattern is 5x5in, the same as a JL, but load ratings are not the same conversation.
- Payload and tongue weight, once a bed rack, tent, or drawers go in.
- Where the spare lives. A larger spare under the bed is its own problem.
- Bumper choice against the factory sensors, cameras, and parking assist.
- Winch mounting and wiring, which is planned with the bumper, not after it.
- Bed rack and tonneau interaction, since one usually limits the other.
A manufacturer's fitment list gets us close. We check it against your actual vehicle, including the trim and anything already changed on it.

- Suspension specified for the armor and gear weight, not for a stock truck
- A tire carrier once the spare no longer fits under the bed
- Sensor or camera relocation brackets, depending on the bumper

- Will a bed rack still work with my tonneau cover?
- Sometimes, and it depends on the cover style and the rack. Send photos of your current setup and we will confirm what works together.
- Can you install and wire a winch?
- Yes. We install winches, fairleads, and the wiring when the bumper and the vehicle are compatible with it.
- Does armor weight change the suspension I need?
- It can. Extra weight up front changes ride height and handling, so we specify the suspension around the parts list.
